The Melmac Penis Envy, also known as Homestead PE,  is one of the most recognisable of all Psilocybe cubensis strains. It is a heavily mutated variant of the original penis envy lineage discovered by Terence Mckenna and Steven Pollock. The strain was made famous by the Homestead Book Company, one of the oldest spore vendors located in the Pacific Northwest. The mushrooms themselves grow to an enormous size, many breaking into the ‘100 club’, reserved only for specimens of 100g grams or larger in weight.
